  • Get lots of sunlight all over the body (no sunglasses) Start with 10-15 minutes a day laying out on both sides.

  • Drink clean water; non fluoridated. Water from a natural spring is best.

  • Quick cold water plunge (as long as you don't have a severe thyroid issue)

  • Breath work (practicing breathing through the nose on a regular basis is key)

  • Contrast hot and cold (blood sugar stabilization is important for your success with this)
