Welcome! I’ve spent 20 years supporting my clients as a holistic personal trainer, nutrition and lifestyle coach and emotional wellness specializing in rapid, sustainable change through strength training, metabolic nutrition and energetic alignment.

I hold a BS in exercise science from GA State University and I’m a certified CHEK (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiologist) Practitioner and Holistic Nutrition & Life coach.

I help people at any level and at any age who want to move past old or new injuries, get healthy, get fit and live a higher quality of life.

My Full Support Personal Training Package Includes:

  • 4 to 12 - 1 hour private fitness coaching sessions with me per month

  • A welcome packet with detailed health questionnaire that assesses your needs.

  • An initial goal setting session.

  • An individualized program that will fit your needs and reach your goals.

  • Weekly accountability and Support as needed for easy implementation

  • 1 Nutrition and lifestyle coaching session with me a month.


Pricing

One on One Personal Training

Meet me 1-3 days a week consecutively for 3,6 or 12 months or more!

1 day a week / 4 sessions/ $650 a month

2 days a week / 8 sessions / $1,220 a month

3 days a week / 12 sessions / $1,770 a month

Please note: There’s a limited amount of people I can take at the 3 days a week tier.

Partner Personal Training

Do you have a friend or partner that wants to train with you? I offer partner training which allows you practically split the cost in half.

1 day a week / 4 sessions / $350 each / Month or

2 days a week / 8 sessions / $650 each / Month

3 days a week / 12 sessions / $975 Each / Month
