Welcome! I’ve spent 20 years supporting my clients as a holistic personal trainer, nutrition and lifestyle coach and emotional wellness specializing in rapid, sustainable change through strength training, metabolic nutrition and energetic alignment.
I hold a BS in exercise science from GA State University and I’m a certified CHEK (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiologist) Practitioner and Holistic Nutrition & Life coach.

A welcome packet with detailed health questionnaire that assesses your needs.
An initial goal setting session.
An individualized program that will fit your needs and reach your goals.
Weekly accountability and Support as needed for easy implementation
1 Nutrition and lifestyle coaching session with me a month.
Pricing
One on One Personal Training
Meet me 1-3 days a week consecutively for 3,6 or 12 months or more!
1 day a week / 4 sessions/ $650 a month
2 days a week / 8 sessions / $1,220 a month
3 days a week / 12 sessions / $1,770 a month
Please note: There’s a limited amount of people I can take at the 3 days a week tier.
Partner Personal Training
Do you have a friend or partner that wants to train with you? I offer partner training which allows you practically split the cost in half.
