I’ve spent over 20 years helping my clients achieve rapid, sustainable transformation as a holistic personal trainer, nutrition and lifestyle coach, and emotional wellness guide. My approach combines strength training, metabolic nutrition, and energetic alignment to create lasting change.
I hold a BS in Exercise Science from GA State University, and I’m a certified CHEK (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiologist) Practitioner, Holistic Nutrition & Life Coach, and an ATG Level 1 Coach.
I specialize in working with people of all ages and fitness levels who are ready to move beyond their limitations and experience a higher quality of life.

Pricing
One-on-One Personal Training
Meet with me 1 or 2 days a week for a 6 to 12 month (or more!) commitment to achieve your fitness and wellness goals.
1 day a week / 4 sessions – $650 per month
2 days a week / 8 sessions – $1,300 per month
Partner Personal Training
Do you have a friend or partner who wants to train with you? Partner training is a great way to share the cost and get results together!
1 day a week / 4 sessions – $350 each per month
2 days a week / 8 sessions – $650 each per month
