Welcome! I’ve spent 20 years supporting my clients as a holistic fitness trainer, nutrition and lifestyle coach and energy healer specializing in rapid, sustainable change through corrective exercise, metabolic nutrition and energetic alignment.
I hold a BS in exercise science from GA State University and I’m a certified CHEK (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiologist) Practitioner and Holistic Nutrition & Life coach.
I help people at any level and at any age who want to move past old or new injuries, get healthy, get fit, have longevity and a higher quality of life.

How my injuries inspired my training
I was a competitive gymnast from the age of five to twenty one and I endured so many injuries. Consisting of knee surgery, broken toes, ankles and stress fractures.
After the birth of my two sons I experienced severe back pain and debilitating spasms. Because of this I looked into many different types of healing modalities in an effort to heal myself.
Over the years I’ve learned so much about my own body as I’ve unwound many of those old injuries. To my surprise, I feel better in my body than I did in my twenties.
Many of my clients are pleasantly surprised to experience these results too! Moving better, feeling energetic, feeling optimistic, feeling youthful, quick recovery, a higher level of physical performance and a healthy high quality of life.

My Full Support Personal Training Package Includes:
4 - 1 hour private fitness coaching sessions per month (1/week)
A welcome packet with resources and a detailed health questionnaire that assesses your needs.
An initial goal setting session
An individualized program design that will fit your needs and help you reach your health and fitness goals.
Support and weekly accountability and email follow up as needed so that you can easily implement your program weekly and make your goals a reality.
Access to my online nutrition and lifestyle course that will support with your recovery process and that you can follow along with at your own pace.
One on One Personal Training
Meet me 1 day a week / $650 / Month consecutively for 3,6 or 12 months or more!
Partner Personal Training
Do you have a friend or partner that wants to train with you? I offer partner training which allows you practically split the cost in half.
